After years of development and research, a
new nanoscale compact cold-light-resource LED (with
the thickness of 0.3mm), comes out with its features
of big and well-distributed screen, delicate light,
and long service life.
With 220V50HZ power source, it will give off white,
orange yellow, green and red lights ranging from 15
to 20 cd, which can be used on signs, banners,
decorative paintings, instructions requiring
weak-light backs, which usually appear in museums,
libraries etc .
If the power supply is in a range from 400hz to 700hz,
the LED will give off lights with brightness from 50
to 120 cd, The contrast test shows that the lights
given off by the LED with size of a sheet of paper
(A3) are as bright as that by a fluorescent lamp of
20w. It is widely used in setting light source of
small or curved ultra-thin posters, x-ray
observation light boxes, night lights,
dashboard illumination and other lamps for
decorating guests’ rooms and bedrooms.
